Armscor ammo problems.

Finally took my IBM M1 carbine out to shoot today. Used Armscor ammo. The rifle would jam every few rounds. What is weird is that the last mag, the gun ran beautifully without any problem. I actually replaced the ejector before so I don't think it's the ejector's problem. So I am wondering if the problem is the Armscor ammo.The Armscor bullets are not a smooth taper like standard .30 carbine bullets, but have a longer bearing surface, and a more blunt nose. The round on the left is a WWII Winchester round, the middle bullet is a 110 gr Hornady, and the right is the Armscor. It works OK in my 10/22, but it doesn't wan't to extract out of my LCR revolver. I think the brass might expand too much. It was actually the first ammo I fired from my LCR.

Terrific price in my estimation. However, it has been a very long time since I've used this brand. If memory serves I had no problems with it in informal target shooting.

Compare the Armscore vs. your hand loads to see how tight or loose they feel. That might help to confirm or dismiss a brass sizing issue.
