This is the first rest stop when entering MD from Delaware. They have a small MD visitor center. (Self serve) Building is circular & was bright with plenty of light. The only thing elevated about my chicken strips and fries meal was the price, because it was at a rest stop. Nothing fancy about this place to elicit the $$$ you have to pay.
