WTM45. Ive used it in my LK93 54cal w/FPJ with caution and it recocks starting at 100gr+ also. I have a FPJ with a liner but never tried it because 100gr is plenty in that gun. Honestly it might help a tiny bit but it depends on the size of your flash hole. My FPJ flash hole is huge at about .037 and its a new plug from Knight.

The removable vent liner of the Lehigh BP is great.
