Knight muzzleloader breech plug.
WTM45. Ive used it in my LK93 54cal w/FPJ with caution and it recocks starting at 100gr+ also. I have a FPJ with a liner but never tried it because 100gr is plenty in that gun. Honestly it might help a tiny bit but it depends on the size of your flash hole. My FPJ flash hole is huge at about .037 and its a new plug from Knight.

The removable vent liner of the Lehigh BP is great. Bestill's plug is also 17-4 and really is a good plug, But with the Lehigh I have I do not have a great need for Bestill's.Note: The Muzzleloader 209 Bighorn Breech plug is not compatible with our Orange Disc ignition system. Have a Knight with a slotted breech plug and no Combination tool. The nipple is for #11 percussion cap and is not hex, it has 2 flat sides. I removed the breech plug with a drift punch and careful taps. The slots are in good condition. I did not try to remove the nipple because the nipple and plug looks like it might be one piece.825. The current plugs that you see for sale is the 11/16 x 20 plug and most of the later 54cals used the same plug. Just pull it out and measure it. It was made out of 17/4 stainless with a removable vent and really made the guns a lot cleaner to shoot. It fit some others like the Super Disc and also the LRH. The Lehigh plug was never made for the Ultralites or Mountaineers.In an MK85 using T7 or blackpowder, I have found Knight's breech plug grease to work very well. I use teflon tape in Elite/Extreme shooting BH209. FWIW, I get better accuracy out of a MK85 using T7 than when I installed the 209 conversion kit and used BH209.
